Dental Bridges

Dental bridges are designed to replace between one and four missing teeth in a row. They’re comprised of two dental crowns that are fused to free-standing replacement teeth called pontics. In a traditional bridge, the crowns will be anchored to the existing teeth located at either side of the gap in your smile to hold the restoration in place. When anchored by dental implants, your existing teeth won’t have to be altered to support the bridge, as the crowns will be attached to two implant posts instead.

Dentures

Full and partial dentures are versatile prosthetics that are designed to replace several or all missing teeth along an arch. Partial dentures fit securely between existing teeth to restore multiple gaps throughout an arch, while full dentures fit atop the gumline to restore an entire row of teeth. Both are custom-designed just for you and are completely removable, making them easy to clean and maintain. Dentures can also be supported by dental implants to add more stability.

Dental implants are Dr. Goldberg’s specialty. He’s a proud Board-Certified implantologist, a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and a Scholar of the Dawson Academy. As such, he’s able to complete the entire dental implant treatment in-house, including the surgical placement and the restoration. Dental implants are titanium posts that are designed to replace the root structure of missing teeth, providing patients a more permanent and lifelike tooth replacement solution.
